About me
I am a PhD candidate in Operations, Information, and Decisions at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. My research studies how organizations monitor employee conduct and evaluate high-stakes processes when the information they rely on is difficult to observe, selectively generated, or increasingly mediated by new technologies. I focus primarily on policing, where I study body-worn cameras, racial inequality in administrative data, and AI-assisted oversight. More broadly, I am interested in organizational oversight and control, public-sector accountability, and judgment under uncertainty.
